BOOKING INFORMATION
Custom-Made Tours and Groups
When booking a custom-made tour or when making a booking for a group of 10 people or more, a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total package price should reach Baltic-Breaks at the time of booking. Full payment (less deposit) for groups and individuals should reach Baltic-Breaks at least 4 weeks prior to the arrival of the clients, or upon confirmation of booking, if done within 4 weeks. In the case of delayed payment, Baltic-Breaks reserves the right to treat this as a cancellation and to withdraw its confirmation of the services. For groups and custom-made tours, Baltic-Breaks accepts payment by credit card, certified bank cheque or by electronic bank transfer to our bank account.

If you are not a holder of a valid credit card, or do not want to send your credit card number via the Internet, you can send your bookings directly to our sales office, by either fax or e-mail, and pay by electronic bank transfer or a certified bank cheque.
