Unique Golf Course in Beautiful Nature
Pärnu Beach & Golf RESORT’s high quality golf course lies directly at the seashore. The area consists of 100 hectares, so there will be plenty of space to drive. The fairways go in their own space in versatile nature. The golf course will be unique and exciting to play, offering light sand dunes and lush green forest.
The beautiful and harmonic course has been designed by protecting the natural landscape. The golf season in Pärnu is longer than in the Nordic countries; the season starts already in April and continues until late autumn.
The golf course has been designed by famous Swedish golf architect Björn Eriksson, who has designed 60 golf courses world wide. He describes: "This is the kind of landscape we architects try to create, but at Pärnu Beach & Golf RESORT it is all here naturally. The nature is perfect for a good golf course; it is a nice mixture of different elements and the soil of the whole area is pure sand. It will be a very beautiful course with pine forest and sand dunes contrasting with the sea. The views are spectacular over the Pärnu Bay."
The golf course will be ready for season 2006. In the club house there will be i.e. saunas, meeting rooms and a playroom with a nanny for children where kids can stay while their parents are playing. High-quality restaurant in the Club House will serve until the late night.
The golf share of Pärnu Beach & Golf RESORT entitles for one named right to play or 20 green fees per season. The share is free of the maintenance fee. The maintenance fee starts when a stock owner takes green fees or playing right for his use.
Due to the big amount of visitors in Pärnu area, demand for golf is extremely high. In future the shareowners will decide how many green fee -players will be expected to the course.
Suuresta Golf

Sivula, SAFA, has with seval year design experience managed to create
the course to be a beautiful, harmonic entity, which is functioning
on the terms of the nature.
In August 2004, Suuresta opened its initial 9-hole golf course in the
capitol region. This championship quality course will include beautiful
views and carefully designed fairways to challenge both the advanced
player and the beginner. Included will be a spacious driving range,
putting green and practice bunkers. Plans are already underway to increase
the size of the course to a full 18 holes.
