Villa in Pärnu is one of the newest and most beautiful places
for tourists, who come to stay in Estonia. In jugendstyle Villa was built
in the 30ties of the last century and lies in the most popular park district
of Pärnu. It takes some minutes to get to the centre of the town
on foot and 10 minutes to the beach.

In course of reconstruction in 2004, the previous planning of the house
was
re- established, oak parquetry floor, old fire- places and stoves were
restored. Toilets and shower – baths were supplied with modern electric

Large comfortable rooms are equipped with TV sets, refrigerations, cable
TV.
It is possible to place an extra bed for a child in the room at the client`s
wish.
There is a parking ground on the territory of the Villa. The house is
equipped with security cameras.
